Specialist in oral surgery and implantology, practising since 2008.
Dr. Grece Kirakos is a dentist and oral surgeon practising in Lebanon since 2008, with a specialist diploma in oral surgery and implantology. She places dental implants, removes wisdom teeth and handles difficult extractions at two clinics in Keserwan, Zouk Mosbeh and Achkout, and also treats patients in the Gulf. General dentists refer their surgical cases to her.
Six treatments are offered at the Zouk Mosbeh and Achkout clinics: dental implants, oral surgery, aesthetic dentistry, crowns and prosthetics, root canal treatment, and care for children and patients with special needs. Surgical cases are the main work, and other dentists in Keserwan refer theirs here.
A dental implant in Zouk Mosbeh takes five stages: consultation, 3D planning, placement, healing, and the final crown. The whole treatment usually runs four to eight months, and most of that is bone healing around the implant. Placement itself takes about one hour per implant under local anaesthetic.

45 minutes, one visit
We examine, take an x-ray, and talk through your options. You leave with a written quote.

Scan on the day, plan within a week
A 3D scan shows the bone we have to work with, so the implant position is decided before surgery.

About one hour per implant
Local anaesthetic. Most people go back to work the next day.

Three to six months
The bone grows around the implant. You wear a temporary tooth in the meantime.

Two or three short visits
We take an impression, check the colour with you, then fit the crown.
The first evening you will feel pressure and a dull ache once the anaesthetic wears off. Swelling peaks on day two, then settles. Most patients are surprised how little it hurts. Eat soft food for a few days, keep the area clean, and skip the gym for a week. We call you the next morning to check.
We do not publish prices, because no two cases match. Your consultation includes a written quote for the full treatment.

Dr. Grece Kirakos qualified as a dental surgeon at the Lebanese University in 2008, added a diploma in oral biology in 2009, and a diploma in oral surgery and implantology in 2013. She has lectured on dental implants in Lebanon and the Gulf, including the SGS International Dental Congress in Dubai, and works in Keserwan and the Gulf.
Her work is mainly surgical: implants, wisdom teeth, grafts, and teeth other dentists would rather not touch.
Tell me what you are afraid of first. Then we plan the treatment around it.
General dentists across Keserwan send their surgical cases here, which is the part of the work she is proudest of.
