Privacy policy
Short version: we keep what you send us so we can treat you, and we share it with nobody else.
What we collect
Your name, your phone number, and whatever you write in the form or send on WhatsApp. If you attach a photo or an x-ray, we keep that too. Nothing else is collected on this site.
Why we keep it
To answer your question, to plan treatment, and to keep your clinical record as Lebanese practice rules require. We do not sell anything and we do not send marketing messages.
Who can see it
Dr. Grece and the clinic staff. A laboratory or a referring dentist may receive the parts of your record needed for your treatment, and nothing beyond that. WhatsApp messages sit on WhatsApp servers under their own terms.
Photographs of treatment
Before and after photographs are published only when the patient signs a written consent form. You can withdraw that consent at any time and we will remove the images.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are kept for ten years after your last visit. Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted within one year.
Your choices
You can ask to see your record, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything not required by law. Call or message the clinic and we will handle it.
